How It Works
Your central nervous system sends electrical information to the NeurOptimal system.The system, in turn, will send that same information back to you through auditory and visual means.........like an Echo. Simply put........you will hear auditory interruptions in the music or movie you are listening to, and will see slight pauses in the images you are viewing. You can read a book or you can go to sleep, if you like......the choice is yours. This training occurs entirely at the subconscious level and requires no thought or effort on your part. The result is a more balanced you.
